Records & Registration Web Information System

There are two ways to register for courses at Trinity International University:

  • Via the internet using TIU Access-or-
  • Through the Records Office at your Trinity campus location.

Why are there two ways to register?

  • Full web services have not yet been created for all student groups, e.g. Visiting, Extension Site Students; -or-
  • Not all course offerings are available through web registration, e.g. TEDS/TGS Independent Study, Audit, Distant Education courses.

Trinity Registration Guidelines

Registration for classes at Trinity is a very important process, and involves our shared responsibilities. A primary function of the University Records Office is to support the registration processing at our school. Our responsibilities include the accurate reporting of registration information and catalog policies to students, faculty advisors, and administrators.

Trinity students should also be aware of their responsibilities as we work together toward successful degree completion. Students are primarily responsible for reviewing catalog program requirements, course requisites, appropriate student handbooks and guides, and consulting with their faculty advisor as needed prior to course registration. Students, as registrants, are responsible for completing and submitting an appropriate registration each semester to the Records Office. The student's registration indicates to the university that he/she has reviewed all documents ensuring that the registered courses apply to the degree program and/or personal interests.

Additionally, Trinity students should be aware of the following notification, which is published in each Trinity Catalog:
