The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, requires that you, as a Trinity International University student, be advised of your rights concerning your education records and of certain categories of public information which the University has designated "directory information." This notice is provided at the above link, "FERPA for TIU Students," and satisfies the requirement. It is Trinity International University (TIU) policy to be fully and fairly in compliance with the Act.

Student Right-to-Know
In compliance with the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, Trinity International University is pleased to provide the following information regarding our institution’s graduation/completion rates for the students who entered in fall 2002.
During the fall semester of 2002, 150 first-time, full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students entered Trinity International University. After 6 years, 58% of these students had graduated from our institution. Of the 150 first-time, full-time degree-seeking undergraduate students who received athletically-related financial aid, 62% graduated within 6 years from our institution.
