The primary function of Career Services is to assist undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni secure career opportunities specifically related to their majors. We strive to learn your strengths, skills and career goals so that we may help you find the right job. STUDENT ID CARD
All TIU students are required to carry a student ID Card. The ID card is used to gain access in and out of the TIU building. The ID card is free of charge and will be issued to you on the first day of registration by the Business Office. Note: If the ID card is lost or stolen, students will be charged a replacement fee: 1st time $ 10.00 and 2nd time $15.00. For additional information, contact the Business Office at (954) 382-6572.
PARKING DECALS
Students are required to have parking decals displayed whenever on campus. Students will be issued a free parking decal from the Business Office at the time of registration. Please note: All student vehicles must have a free parking decal. Parking is ENFORCED at all times. Vehicles will be fined and/or towed if parked without a clearly displayed parking decal. Our Security personnel are committed to making Trinity a safe place for all students, faculty, and staff. Note: Students will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee. GROUPWISE ACCOUNTS
GroupWise is the e-mailing system that Trinity has adopted. You may access your student email accounts anytime via the internet. GroupWise is the official means of email correspondence for all TIU faculty, staff, and students. Private e-mail accounts will not receive a response.
Where do I go to get my e-mail?
You may check your email online by connecting to the internet and directing your browser to http://mail.tiu.edu. Then simply select what language you would like, type in your username and password (refer to the GroupWise card for this information), and to view your e-mail. Note: That All Trinity e-mail addresses use the following format: username@tiu.edu (e.g., jdoe@tiu.edu).
What do I need to get my e-mail?
You will need access to a computer with internet capabilities such as those found in the school’s computer lab (located in the library) and the username and password. Please keep your username and password card in a safe and secure place – do not share this information. GroupWise ID cards with username and password information will be delivered by US mail the first time you register for classes at TIU.
What if I lose my GroupWise Username and Password?
You may contact the Florida Student Services Office at (954) 382-6452 or email pmarshal@tiu.edu . You will need to verify your student ID number, social security number, and/or your birth date to receive the account information. If you are unable to reach the local office, you may also obtain your username and password by calling toll free at 877-339-9487 or you may send an e-mail to gwhelp@tiu.edu (using your personal email account). As previously mentioned above, you will need to provide the same identification information to access account information.

ACCESSING COURSE MANUALS
You should download your course manual and order textbooks one month before each course begins.
1. Log on to http://www.tiu.edu/florida/.
2. Click on the Student Services link in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Click on the link for the degree program of your choice (Adult Undergraduate Program, Divinity School, or Graduate School).
4. Click on the link for Course Syllabi/Manuals & Book Orders at the bottom of the page. Note: Manuals are saved as PDF files and should be opened using Adobe Acrobat. A link on this page will allow you to download this program for free if you do not have it.
5. Save this page for future reference by clicking on the “favorites” icon at the top of your internet browser’s toolbar.
6. The courses are listed in alphabetical order. Scroll down and click on the link for your course.
7. Print out the course manual. Make sure to order your textbooks and complete the assignments due for session one. Bring your course manual to class. For additional assistance, please call the Student Services office at (954) 382-6452 or email pmarshal@tiu.edu
ORDERING TEXTBOOKS FROM MBS DIRECT
1. Log on to http://mbsdirect.net
2. Under the “locate your school” section, type in Trinity International University. The name of the school must be spelled correctly or you will not be able to proceed.
3. Click on the link for Trinity International University at the bottom of the screen. Save this page for future reference by clicking on the “favorites” icon at the top of your internet browser’s toolbar.
4. Click on the “order my books” box.
5. Select/Check the box that says “EXCEL” and click the continue button.
6. Check the box with the appropriate course title and corresponding course start and end dates and click “Submit Course ID Selection(s) at the bottom of the page.”
7. Make sure these materials correspond with what is listed in the student manual. Choose your textbooks and click on “Add Items to Cart.”
Note: If the textbooks and materials on the MBS Direct website do not match what is listed in the student manual, contact the Student Services office before ordering to verify discrepancies Tel:(954) 382-6452 or email pmarshal@tiu.edu.
8. Ignore the optional study aids. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Add Items to Cart.”
9. Make sure that your selections are correct and click on “Proceed to checkout.”
10. Under “New Customer,” type in your email address to set up your new online account and to complete your purchase. Note: Article packets, assessments, and some textbooks will only be available through the MBS Direct website.
