Alert! People are running scams on individuals who are selling items on the Internet. If you are contacted by someone who says that he or she needs to send you a check in an amount other than the asking (or agreed upon) price (usually much higher), this is a scam. The check is fraudulent, so do not send that person a check for the difference in amount. Agree to accept payment only for the exact price and never send an item without the check clearing through your bank.
Housing Ads
Please note that we are no longer maintaining and posting off-campus housing ads on our site. All inquiries for off-campus housing information should now be fielded through the Housing Office at 847-317-7135 or housing@tiu.edu. If you would like to post an ad, please click here; if you would like to review current ads, please click here (the process now involves an application, students will no longer be able to review housing at their own leisure).
